  • We will engage you on a number of different assurance and advisory projects at highly challenging clients, where you are expected to lead workstreams and take responsibilities for junior staff members.

Your qualifications

 

  • Two to five years of work experience with a Big4 or consultancy firm, or within a large corporate organisation.
  • Work experience in the areas of risk and controls, business process design, auditing, or advisory; for instance development of risk and control frameworks, testing of internal controls, execution of risk assessments and regulatory change programs.
  • A university degree or equivalent in economics, business administration, computer science, economics or engineering; an Internal Audit or Accountancy qualification is an asset.
  • You grasp new concepts quickly and are both customer and goal-oriented.
  • You have excellent social skills and enjoy working with different people from various fields.
  • You are reliable, willing to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment and happy to work independently.
  • You are passionate about clients and communicate with empathy and impact.
  • Report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills including good written and verbal communications in English; each additional Swiss national language (particularly German) is an advantage.
  • You are receptive to occasional travel.
