The successful candidate will:
Design and implement a private banking marketing plan which aligns with the banking industry and the firm’s objectives,ensuring ongoing buy-in and engagement from Deloitte partners and its business;
Lead high-profile marketing initiatives such as (private) banking thought leadership, events, digital and social media campaigns that present compelling and innovative experiences for our clients;
Take responsibility for developing and managing the allocated marketing budget;
Enable, challenge and review the marketing outcomes, reporting impact and return on investment;
Collaborate with the PR, events, digital, research, and design teams as well as with international counterparts to produce unique marketing initiatives that deliver significant impact on the Swiss market.
A Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or economics with a focus on marketing.
5 years plus of marketing experience, preferably within professional services or the banking industry.
Ability to develop a high-level understanding of complex technical subject matters
Social Media campaign experience.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a track-record in targeting senior executives.
A strong team player with a positive, flexible attitude, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
Capable of committing and delivering to short deadlines to keep up with a fast-paced market environment.
Excellent organisation skills and capacity to multitask.
Attention to detail and a clear, concise writing style.
Fluent in German AND English. French is a plus.
