We are currently looking for an Events & Executive Assistant in our Clients & Markets (C&M) team. The person will be responsible for planning and coordinating events in the German speaking region of Switzerland, as well as handling Executive Assistant duties. This position is based in the Zurich office.

Your Responsibilities

 

50% - Event Assistant

 

  • Coordinating, planning and executing client events for Deloitte Switzerland. Including budgeting, researching venues and/or liaising with venue consultant and conducting site inspections, on-site coordination on event day, post-event debrief and follow up.
  • Drafting and coordinating event correspondence and distribution, as well as managing and maintaining database of invitees and registration.  

 

50% - Executive Assistant

 

  • Provide administrative support to the C&M Partner:
  • Diary & expense management, global travel arrangements, drafting email correspondence, contributing to build and maintain relationships within the Deloitte C&M network.
  • Organising internal and external business meetings.
    Plan, organise and execute internal events for the C&M team.

 

You have/are:

 

  • Proven track record in events and/or administrative experience preferably within a services company. A strong interest or a recently completed / ongoing degree in marketing would be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organization skills and capacity to multitask and prioritize.
  • A team player with a positive, flexible attitude, and a service oriented approach.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A natural curiosity, willingness to learn and a quality mindset.
  • Fluent in German AND English.
