Marketing Automation Consultant - Geneva 

Edelway is a Swiss leading IT services company.


On behalf of our global client based in Geneva we are actively looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant.

As a Marketing Automation Consultant in a global company, you will be responsible to:


•             Generate traffic, leads and sales through marketing automation

•             Manage our online offering

•             Define digital marketing standards and strategy

•             Implement marketing automation practice across the company


As a member of the Digital Services team, in partnership with marketing, business development, corporate communication and IS, you will consult, execute and iterate on the marketing automation efforts of our fast-growing digital services. This is a great opportunity for those hungry to build something from the ground up and make a lasting impact in an international company.


Job Requirements:


•             Marketing Automation

•             Hands-on experience managing the production and execution of demand generation and customer retention marketing campaigns

•             Advise and guide regional marketing teams in building their digital marketing campaigns

•             Produce quality automated campaign assets (emails, landing pages, forms etc.)

•             Segment creation in Eloqua (solid understanding of data)

•             Collaborate across the organization with business development and marketing teams

•             Work with 3rd party vendors & platforms, as needed

•             Fully own all things marketing automation – including: lead routing, lead scoring, system integrations, migrations, data architecture, etc.

•             Online Offering

•             Advise and guide business development teams in building a proper online offering

•             Ensure offering is aligned with customer demand

•             Manage Online Catalog marketing information

•             Reporting & Insights

•             Deep understanding of KPIs, trends, etc.

•             Use insights to make data-backed recommendations

•             Create ad hoc custom reports

•             Closed-loop reporting (i.e. – ROI) – merging data from Eloqua, MS Dynamics, Magento and other marketing channels - tying marketing’s efforts to sales revenue



Experience:


Qualifications:

•             3-5 years of overall experience related to marketing automation

•             3-5 years’ experience in demand generation, lead nurturing and campaign strategy, development & execution

•             3-5 years’ experience in marketing funnel automation, operations and analytics, including (but not limited to): marketing to sales handoff, lead scoring, Salesforce lead routing and closed-loop reporting


Skills:

•             Expert in demand generation best practices

•             Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales revenue impacts

•             Hands-on experience using a marketing automation platform (preferably Eloqua)


•             Hands-on experience using Customer Experience Journey Mapping techniques

•             Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Excel and CRM (preferably MS Dynamics)

•             Experience using an e-commerce service (preferably Magento)

•             Languages: English, French


Education & Certifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business, or related work experience

•             Certification in one or more marketing automation platforms (e.g. - Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot) and MS Dynamics (preferred but not required)
