Your job – challenging
and future oriented

  • Be on the leading edge of innovation management, detect and develop market or technology driven trends
  • Use your experience and instincts to select the most promising trends and turn them into innovation ideas
  • Promote the ideas internally and externally and drive them to become projects
  • Manage the portfolio of innovation projects and align the portfolio within BT and Siemens
  • Participate in conferences and industry groups to promote Siemens as a key player in the “Building Technology” field

Your qualifications –
solid and appropriate

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
  • Experience in the field of innovation management
  • Good understanding of the Building Automation Industry in general
  • Talent and passion for spotting innovations
  • Experience in Design Thinking and Business Innovation
  • Strong strategic and customer orientation, excellent relationship building skills
  • Creative flair mixed with technical and commercial feasibility skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Sound oral and written skills in English, German is advantageous
