Hauptaufgaben: The scope of the role is the management of master data for HR processes, mainly focusing on Payroll.

The purpose of this role is to drive and execute change initiatives driven by the HR function. You will transform Master data requirements into specifications and delivery of a solution. Furthermore you will perform all tactical aspects of process management by using defined metrics and KPI's. You will also provide project, change management and transformation support during Global process management projects.

Further tasks are:

- SAP HCM subject matter expert: Provide expert advice on PA and OM modules of SAP understand its objects, infotypes, attributes and find solutions in how data should be stored enabling flawless global processes operations.
- Continuous improvement: Project management or support based on Business Change Methodology (develop user requirements specifications, develop User Acceptance Testing scripts, conduct UAT and regression testing, document, train)
- Lead the project and monitor performance: Dealing with IT 3rd party service providers, give instructions, monitor progress, and evaluate performance making sure that objectives and time lines are met
- Steady state support: Provide second level support, resolve issues, monitor workflows, manage reference tables, and maintain rules
- Reporting: extract data for KPI's, analyze data for KPI's, establish KPI's reports, prepare input to MDM dashboard, follow-up on KPI's with actions to remediate challenges
Anforderungen: - Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar area and environment
- Proved experience leading HRIT projects
- Academic degree or relevant working experience with SAP HR
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, especially Payroll (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to instruct and lead external IT employees
- SAP HCM expertise
- Cross-cultural awareness to support worldwide service model
- Effective self-management and prioritizing skills
- Good command of analytical thinking and problem solving
