Your challenge:

You will report to the Site Operation Director, will be part of the Operations Management Team and contribute actively to the definition and the implementation of the Site Strategy and Vision. You will be in charge of managing the Mechanical Production, which includes 3 different units with a total of 130 direct and 30 indirect reports : Sensor Assembly (60 employees), Machine Shop (60 employees) and Cables & Accessories (40 employees). You will deliver operational performance in terms of safety, quality and costs. You will define actions and improvement initiatives to deliver against budget, track plans on a continuous basis. You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules (0 tolerance culture), implement a Lean/Continuous improvement culture (Kaizen events, Gemba and VSM). You will ensure robust quality processes and the compliance with all regulatory and customers norms and standards (ISO 14001, AS 9100).

Your profile:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, you have at least 10 years’ experience in managing a Production department of similar complexity and size. An experience in aerospace, automotive, watch maker, medical industry is required. You are experienced in Lean/continuous improvement implementation and familiar with regulatory standards like ISO 14001. You are a natural leader with strong interpersonal skills. You are fluent in French and English.
